- Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS)

- Polysomnography (sleep studies, home-based or in a sleep center)
- Evoked potential tests (for multiple sclerosis)
- Autonomic reflex testing (tilt table and sweat testing)
- Neuroimaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound, PET, and SPECT)

- Pharmacologic therapies (oral medications)
